It starts with the quote
Let us know when and where you need to relocate and we will take it from there. You can call, fill in the quote form, schedule a video tour, or upload photos or a video of your inventory. Our movers answer your questions and put the quote together from your answers, so you know where you stand before anything is booked.

Packed for the road
A long trip is harder on a load than a drive across town, so we pack for the distance. Our movers pack with care and use specialist services for high-value items. Everything is shrink wrapped so the load is protected for the whole trip, and the packing services and packing supplies come with the move.

Interstate moves run on federal rules, and those rules work in delivery windows rather than exact dates. When you get your quote, ask about the window for your route so you can plan your arrival around it. We are licensed and insured, USDOT 3453789 and MC 1125197, and state regulations require every licensed carrier to carry moving, cargo and liability insurance.
Coverage for a long haul
Every move comes with free Basic coverage, which pays up to 60 cents a pound. That is a low level of protection compared with what most households are worth. Full Value Protection is our most complete plan, and we partner with third-party providers if you need more than that. Settle this before moving day, not after.
Getting ready on your end
- Decide what goes on the truck and what travels with you: documents, medications, valuables, chargers and a first-night bag
- Check the access at the new building: stairs, elevator, parking and any move-in rules
- Tell us about anything oversized, fragile or high in value
- Keep your phone handy, since the office is open Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm
We accept cash, bank checks, company checks and major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Whatever the reason for your move, we are grateful that so many customers come back to us for their next one.

Move less. The price is based on what you are moving and the distance it travels, so clearing out before you ask for a quote is the biggest saving. Free packing supplies and the gas and tolls being included also keep extras off the bill.
Fifty miles from Brooklyn is usually still inside New York State, which makes it an intrastate move under state rules rather than a federal interstate move. Tell us both addresses and what is moving, and the estimate will show which rules apply.
