Getting the space right for a container or a storage unit
A container or a storage unit is a fixed space, so the most useful thing you can do is tell us everything that is going. Your estimate lists the items and the space they take in cubic feet, and we reserve room on the truck for exactly that.
You can upload photos or a video of your furniture for a more accurate estimate.
- 24-foot truck: 1,200 to 1,750 cubic feet, for an apartment up to a mid-size two-bedroom and mid-size to large storage units
- 28-foot truck: 1,700 to 2,200 cubic feet, for a large office, a two-bedroom home or a three-bedroom apartment
- Anything not on the estimate may not fit, so add it before moving day
Storage
When your dates do not line up, we double wrap your things and keep them in our climate-controlled, secure storage facilities until the new place is ready.
